The room was reasonably sized with washing machine and the drinking water, for example, I felt comfortable there.

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Nishiki Market, offering a wide range of dining options and local delicacies. The staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpful recommendations provided by the staff, was impressive.

The hotel with recently renovated rooms, in a very nice area, in a restricted area. Air conditioner and an iron in the room and the great bed. Absolutely perfect location, just a pleasant stroll away from Nishiki Market Shopping District.

I recently had an amazing stay at a serviced apartment in Kyoto. the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Nishiki market. The hotel also offered great value for money, with affordable prices for such a well-equipped and spacious apartment. The attention to detail was evident, from the spotless rooms to the lovely quality bedding and towels. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist without being intrusive.

This apartment is perfectly located near Nishiki market, with shops, restaurants and a convenience store just across the street. The facility is modern and chic, and the room is spacious with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The staff is attentive and caring, providing a great chauffeur service.

While it is understandable that it is not a hotel, some guests noted that housekeeping is not offered on a daily basis, as it is an apartment.

I had such a perfect stay at R&Run Kyoto Serviced Apartment & Suites. The apartment looked brand new and was incredibly clean. The towels were nice and fluffy, and the beds were very comfortable. The separate bedrooms were a great retreat for some alone time. The staff's English was excellent and they were so helpful, especially when we needed help communicating with a taxi driver and getting medicine for our son. The location was also very nice and central. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kyoto.

It's also conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer any questions or offer recommendations. Lastly, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the amenities provided in the rooms. The two bathrooms were a great convenience, especially for larger groups or families. this hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for a comfortable stay in the heart of the old town.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, just a short stroll away from the bustling restaurant and shopping areas, as well as some beautiful shrines. The hotel offered enhanced comfort with its spacious and well-equipped apartments. We loved being able to do some grocery shopping nearby and cook our own meals in the fully-equipped kitchenette. The housekeeping service was excellent, with our apartment being serviced daily. The staff, especially Mika Matsuda, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable information about the city. The wifi signal was strong and reliable, and the parking lot for guests was a real bonus. we felt like we got great value for the price we paid.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxurious and comfortable accommodation in a prime location.

We had an amazing romantic escape at a serviced apartment with great features. The spacious room allowed us to enjoy our time together without feeling cramped. We also appreciated that there was a dishwasher that made cleaning up after our meals a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the market and downtown area. The bed was so comfortable and the linen was fresh and of high quality.

Navigation from the apartment to the main street proved to be a bit of a challenge for us. We had to rely heavily on our GPS to make sure we were going in the right direction.

Christmas at this hotel had its perks; guests were offered chocolates and Champagne in their rooms. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated right in the middle of a bustling downtown area with easy access to public transport. This made sightseeing and exploring the city very convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, complete with modern amenities to make our stay quite enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides to our Christmas stay. the staff were friendly but not very informative.
